Position Summary:
Responsible for developing the full potential of assigned accounts & developing new accounts through direct solicitation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Maintain, grow & service existing accounts.
• Establish and develop new accounts; meet sales goals established by Agency Manager.
• Work with adjusters and handle claims on accounts as directed by the Companies.
• Keep loss ratio commensurate with Company standards.
