Position Summary:
Responsible for developing the full potential of assigned accounts & developing new accounts through direct solicitation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain, grow & service existing accounts.
Establish and develop new accounts; meet sales goals established by Agency Manager.
Work with adjusters and handle claims on accounts as directed by the Companies.
Keep loss ratio commensurate with Company standards
Review Farm Bureau producer members accounts a minimum of once every three years.
Maintain adequate records for Agency Manager
All other duties assigned by the Agency Manager or Regional Sales Manager.
