Position Summary:
Ensure sales force is trained in all required areas. Conduct training classes and assist in the development of training materials.
*Position will work 25 hours per week
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Train Property & Casualty Licensing and Sales Career Schools.
* Recommend topics for taining and work with other departments to implement new training programs.
* Continuously update all materials for various schools.
* Develop workbooks for various products.
COMPETENCIES:
* Bachelor¡¦s degree or equivalent work experience
* P&C and Life License with all Farm Bureau Companies
* Previous experience in property/casualty and life insurance
* Strong computer skills (Word/Excel/Powerpoint)
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Proven customer service skills
* Proven presentation skills
* CPCU designation, previous VAFB insurance experience, previous training experience preferred but not required.
