How to access your Auto ID cards

Auto policyholders can log in to their vafb.com account, and find their auto ID cards on vafb.com/my-account on the Account screen.

How to view your auto ID card online

Personal Auto policyholders (AMV, APV) can view a digital ID card that contains all the information they would find on their proof on insurance.

1. Log in to your account at MemberLogin
2. Select Policy ID Card on the related auto policy.

Online Auto ID card features

• ID Card tab Use the Vehicles dropdown on the auto ID card to view policy details (insured drivers, VIN, policy period, NAIC number).
• Contact tab View phone numbers for
  1. Roadside Assistance
  2. Claims Department
  3. Local office
  4. Agent
• Claims tab Instructions if you find yourself in an auto accident
• You can also download the PDF version of your auto ID card if needed.

How to download your auto ID card (PDF)

Personal Auto (AMV, APV) and Business Auto (ACP) policyholders can download pdf versions of their auto ID card.

1. Log in to your account at MemberLogin
2. Select Policy ID Card on the related auto policy.

Personal Auto Policyholders

Click the link that says Download ID Card (PDF) at the bottom of the screen. You will be redirected to the PDF download screen.

Business Auto Policyholders

You will be redirected to the PDF download screen.
